Initial Visit

The initial visit features and detailed history, exam, and discussion of treatment plan. Please wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement - wearing jeans makes the evaluation process extremely difficult.

 

Plan on 45 minutes for the initial visit. Follow-up visits are 25-30 minutes in length.

 

Insurance and Code verification

Dr. Erik Barazsu participates in multiple insurance networks. Prior to visit, please verify with your insurance company if you have chiropractic coverage and if the following codes are covered:

Time of Service and Packages Payments

We offer time of service discounts of 25% for non-convered treatments as well as packages to decrease cost of care.
